CHECK IN? Prepare to arrive 5 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment to allow proper consultation and changing time
GIFT PACKAGES & RESERVATIONS? All products and services are available for gift purchases. Corporate and personal shopping is available. Simply give us your list and price guidelines. Customized Packages are available upon request. Have your credit card available to secure appointments. All no show appointments will forfeit the entire value of a gift package.
CANCELLATION POLICY? Treatments are scheduled for you specifically with highly skilled professionals . A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment changes. All no shows will incur full appointment charge, cancellations and last minute reschedules will have a charge of $25 per scheduled hour.
ADULTS? To maintain a relaxing environment, the facility is reserved for adults only with the exception of brief waxing appointments. Children are welcome to receive treatments?

First Time Facials .... We provide comfortable terry smocks for you during your facial. You may keep on undergarments, or pants if desired. Don?t worry? step by step we will provide you with the details of products and procedures, and what to do to keep your skin looking its best. Our products are of the highest quality, and a skin care consultation will be done first in order to determine what is right for you. Our treatments and home care suggestions are a collaboration between client and professional.
First Time Waxing ... We provide disposable underwear for bikini waxing. If you have tanned in the last 24 hours, or are using Retin-A, Renova, Alpha Hydroxy acids, or Blood Thinners we recommend you wait at least 6 weeks for any facial waxing appointment.
First Time Body Treatment ... Please do not shave 24 hours before a body scrub to reduce possibly irritation. We provide disposable underwear and a smock to wear during the treatment to keep you comfortably covered.
· Please wear dark loose clothing and shoes for a body bronze. This will ensure any excess tanner will not ruin your garments.
